Lake Owyhee State Park

OWYHEE DAM

First lizard we saw at the dam sunning himself on the rocks.

William is hollering "HENRYYYYY" so that he can hear the echo call back!

Below the dam.

Haystack Rock Road, on top of the dam, has been closed since 9-11.  The lamps are red, white, and blue at night.

William carefully standing on the edge of the dam.

View above the dam; notice the fisherman.

Another lizard, this one on the dam steps.

WILL and Grandma's FAVORITE HOLES!
William found his favorite HOLE while we were at Owyhee Dam.

It's filled with water and would make a nice place for fish!

"Grandma, where's your favorite hole?"  Luckily, I knew just where to go...

William running through the tunnel!

He made it to the other side and Grandpa picked us up in the pick-up!

Our trailer in the Owyhee Campground - great view!

William and I had to check the tepee for bunnies!  What?  Yes,
we saw several bunnies hopping around outside the rental tepees.

Grandpa and Will on their way down to the reservoir to fish.

Kinda hard to catch a fish when you really like to throw rocks in the water!

Wearing Grandma's fishing hat!

Sweet William.
